刘璐，男，1990年5月生，山东省莱阳人。博士。主要研究方向：群智能优化算法，参数辨识，智能机器人。

2009年9月至2013年6月，济南大学电气工程及其自动化专业，获工学学士学位。

2013年9月至2019年6月，南京理工大学 控制科学与工程专业，硕博连读，获工学博士学位。

2023年4月任山东工商学院数学与信息科学学院讲师。
